The Routhier Community Centre hosted a community day on Saturday, 14 September and partnered with the Lowertown Community Association on a yard sale. The event and great weather encouraged many in our community to join in the fun.
Routhier provided activities for kids and adults, hot dogs, and drinks. The Ottawa Police registered bikes, and the always popular Ottawa Fire Services made an appearance!
Even Darth Vadar stopped by and was a great addition to Councillor Stephanie Plante’s short video about reusing household items.
Thanks to all the many volunteers. We hope to see you there next year!
